Injector Repairs

Most injector-related issues are brought on by poor fuel quality and/or fuel system neglect. Over an extended period of time, this may cause injectors to stick. Fuel additives and treatments do not effectively backflush and clean fuel injectors. Our services usually resolve these problems and returns the injectors to their optimal efficiency.

In the rare circumstance that an injector cannot be repaired, it is possible to isolate and replace it separately, saving you the high cost of replacing the entire set.

In-House Rebuild Services

Mating surface seals should always be replaced after removing an injector from the fuel rail or intake.

Grommets, spacers, and pintle caps may become brittle, loose, cracked, or worn out. During our in-house rebuild service, We replace all of those small parts as standard procedure so you don't have to waste time looking for them.

However, if you only require parts, we can assemble injector seal kits for nearly any application on-site.

Removal of components, including internal micro-filter.
